Kem & Saeng absolutely slayed my hair. They were patient, super skilled, and attentive to detail that the final look came out effortless & the nails insanely elegant. Cher & the other sweet lady who did my nails were on the same vibe...precise, calm, & just really good at what they do. I’d walked in last minute w/ no appointment ’coz I had a free evenin in Bangkok & just picked this place off Google on a whim. Honestly? Zero regrets. The team’s got this quiet, confident energy that makes u relax instantly. They listen, they fix every tiny detail, and u feel looked after the whole time....can be pricey, but they tell u straight up before u commit, so it's chill.. Left the salon feeling polished & kinda amazed that a random pick turned into a good experience. If you can share the name of the other nail tech, I’ll update this. ~ Mansi T

Tried many beauty salon in Bangkok. Yumoto is the only one that able to get me returning again. Second time here at Yumoto Hair and Nail Spa in Bangkok. The first time, I did hair coloring, did left me a remarkable results so I’m back here again. This visit, I went for their keratin treatment — a newer version than the Brazilian Blowout. They showed me they use authentic products (which I appreciated, since there are so many fakes out there). I absolutely love the results — this is honestly the best hair I’ve had in all my years of going to hair salon I also had pedicure, manicure and my nails done with Cher. The team was fast, professional, and everything was well-executed. Highly recommended. 😍👍🏻 ~ Pearl

I decided to get a hair trim and Keratin hair treatment since my thick hair tends to frizz in humid weather, even back home in San Diego, CA. Yumoto Hair & Nail Spa did a great job on the treatment and I am impressed that Eye & Saeng were able to great feats 😭🤩. Mind you this treatment did took almost 3 hours to finish since I have thick long hair that was hittinf the middle of my back(161 cm - 5 feet 3 for U.S.). If you plan to get this treatment, be prepared and have no other agendas in place 😂 It will take a while, especially if 1 person is doing it (thank you again Saeng) 🤭. Such a beautiful place, my daughter and I came here for a last minute nail and hair appointment, needless to say they did not disappoint. The skill of all the staff is impeccable and incredibly detailed in particular the wonderful ladies who helped us, Eye, Cher and Firm you girls have showed us utmost respect and kindness throughout our appointment making Yumoto a definite comeback the next time we visit Bangkok! For ladies using reference photos these lovely girls are able to perfect your needs with accuracy, skill and quality. First time at Yumoto Hair for a "shampoo & blow dry", and I left as a happy customer. Here's a detailed review. The staff will first take you to a private room for the shampoo. About 3 shampoo washes and 1 conditioner before the final rinse. In between and towards the end, the staff would give you a decent head massage, which was really good! 👍 (Thanks for K.Kratai). I'm aware that other hair salons also give you a quick head massage, but at Yumoto, I feel like the staff spared a decent time for it. So it was quite relaxing. Afterwards, you're taken to the main area for hair blowdry. I requested for a simple dry (natural look), so I can't comment on their expertise on hair styling. Overall, it was a good salon experience. The staff were nice, however, I think the service or SOP, especially considering it's a Yumoto brand, it wasn't top notch (I'd say just mediocre). ⏰Total time: approx. 30-40 minutes. 💰 Price: 650 THB ~ Bora L

I have bleached blonde hair that had been feeling really dry and damaged lately. After a consultation with Eye, she recommended a scalp-repairing treatment along with the full 5-step Olaplex treatment, which also included a blow-dry and style. The results were amazing—my hair felt incredibly smooth, healthy, and revived, exactly what I was hoping for. Eye was so kind, professional, and genuinely lovely throughout the entire process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Fabulous ! I went for a hair spa onsen massage unannounced without appointment, and they managed to take me right away. The young man who took care of my hair was very caring, the massage and treatment were perfect and they spent quite some time on my « mise en plis » afterwards, trying to curl my extremely straight hair. They were overall super nice and professional, the atmosphere of the place is very comfy. 2 days after my hair still look beautiful and revived, definitely recommend and will definitely come back another time ! ~ Audrey L

My husband and I just visited Yumoto Hair And Nail Spa in Bangkok, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We both indulged in the Signature 6-Step Nail Spa Pedicure and Manicure, and it was truly amazing and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, 5 minutes early, we were warmly welcomed by Cher and Firm, who performed our services. Both ladies spoke English and were very accommodating. Cher effortlessly removed the lingering dead skin from my feet, and Firm accommodated my husband's size 13.5 feet with ease. The attention to detail in nail trimming and shaping was superior. I had gel removed from a previous pedicure and gel polish added to both my manicure and pedicure. The results were stunning! This treat cared for our entire legs and arms, not just our hands and feet. Cher and Firm's professionalism and skill made our visit exceptional. I got the hot stone and gua sha massage. It was incredibly relaxing. I had the massage with Kim. Her hands are like magic I literally slept half way. They steamed and massaged my head they added some oils and a mask all while massaging and using different tools to massage my scalp. The place is so clean and everyone is so friendly. They took care of everything and once I was done, Kim styled my hair for me. 10/10 amazing 🙌would definitely recommend it and will be coming again when I’m back in BKK. ~ Ayesha B

This is a must visit when in Bangkok! The Hot Stone and Gua Sha Head Massage is one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. Followed by a hair wash and blow wave, then a gel manicure. Rather than it being a chore it was a pleasure to be there. From the extremely comfortable chairs and blankets, cushions to rest my hands on and the staff being so caring about my every need, I would recommend Yumoto to everybody. Best to book on Instagram. Keaw, Kim and Kartai we're AMAZING! They treated me with so much care and took the time to listen to what I wanted and how they could achieve it with my already dyed hair! They were all so nice and made sure I was okay at all times. I only speak English and they made it a point to use google translate with me to make sure I understood them! My fiancée and I came from the states and would come again just to get our hair cut and done by these three beautiful women! ~ oriana r

I came to Eye at the salon with highlighted hair that had been ruined by another salon (see before picture) - eye was so understanding and helpful in taking her time talking me through what can be done and what it would look like due to the damages from the last experience. The girls worked so well and the rest of the staff were great. Eye is so talented and I’d happily come back to get my hair done with her when I’m next in Bangkok! ~ P M

I discovered this salon on Instagram through a content creator that I follow and decided to give it a go. I opted for the hair spa, followed by a trim and blowout as well as their nail spa and polish. Despite a bit of a language barrier, the staff did their utmost to cater to my needs and provided an excellent experience. If you're in Bangkok and have always wanted to get a head spa, I'd really recommend this place. ~ Julia A

My friend did the Milbon treatment and I did the detox. Both lasted about 1.5hrs. It was amazing! The head massage was endless and consistent! My neurons connected more than before! It was on point and they were strong, yet gentle. The only downside was they couldn’t speak proper English nor Chinese. We could only rely on the menu to figure out what the treatments were. Overall, still a 5 star! Do make an appointment before going down. ~ Weiii

Had a really nice head massage here, i think it was called Tsuki onsen massage? Then finish with a blow dry. I fell asleep during the massage because it was so relaxing. After that got my pedicure, the staff was very attentive to detail. I love it, very friendly as well :) Also the price really justifies the service; definitely too expensive. But also this is not the cheapest. Overall my experience is 5/5. ~ armita o

Katrai did a wonderful job with my hair. I fell asleep halfway through my onsen soda spa massage. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. She oiled, cleaned, massaged, and shampooed my hair so well. My hair looks so shiny and healthy aftet the treatment. She was very welcoming and sweet too. Later she styled my hair just the way i wanted. J couldn’t be happier. I came here for my first Keratin treatment after seeing all the great reviews - and honestly my hair has never looked better! Highly recommend booking with Eye, she explained the process clearly and took care of my hair throughout the process. It’s a little more on the expensive side, but your paying for quality and experience. My hair is also quite long so the cost is by length. ~ Liamay K
